Firstly, I truly apologize I have yet to upload pictures! My internet does not allow me to do so! I have to wait for ages and ages and yet it won’t upload! But, here’s a post to make up for it! Word of advice : always, ALWAYS listen to your parents. For if you don’t, they’ll be out for revenge and shudder ruin quite a lot for you eh! Hahah...technically, I’ll be writing about this dream I had last night.
I sound so bloody ‘perasan’ here but ahem, it’s how I dreamt it aites? Well, I’ve been staying in this hotel for some time now and you know in your dreams, some things can turn out pretty funnily? Yeah, well this is it. This hotel is actually the home of some really rich family whereby they converted the first 15 to 20 floors as a hotel and the rest of it, about 10 levels is where they reside. And it was beautiful! Gorgeous! The upper part of the hotel which is their ‘palace’ is actually concaved in, so it’s overlooking breathtaking views! All the floors are wonderfully furnished. A very rustic, grand ballroom with lots of wood going on. Looks very warm and there is this huge winding ballroom stairway that winds and winds up to 10 floors and it was gorgeous!
Right, so we start off with me in the swimming pool without my spectacles and this ensures my vision is extremely blur. Hence, i can’t really make out clearly, people’s features but the odd shape here and there. Until I met this guy(who’s name I cannot remember but let’s call him A because his name started with an A). We became friends and I ended up talking and spending lots of time with him. All this while, bear in mind I have not a single clue as to how he looks like! Now, this is the ahem ‘perasan’ part whereby there are actually 2 guys after me. Yes, yes. Roll your eyes. The thing is I could not choose because I did not really have feelings for the both of them. Both were quite good-looking and extremely rich. I didn’t enjoy their company though and always seeked out A in the pool.
Until one day, A told me up straight and forward, don’t string the both of them along. Just make your decision. It’s either him or him, okay? After that, I decided to talk to one of them expressing the fact I preferred him to the other. After telling him that, the guilt and disappointment hit in! I could not help but feel overwhelmed with it. Like it was telling me it’s the wrong decision, it’s the wrong decision! Stop whatever it is you’re doing! Immediately, I ran down to the pool to look for A to talk to him about my problems and I could not find him! At that moment, I panicked, thinking A had left me and that was when it hit me like a bolt of lightning! I was in love with A! I wanted A! I enjoyed his company so much and I had such strong feelings for him I felt such a sense of loss without him. True, I had no idea how he looked like or if he was rich or whatsoever but at that moment, I just knew i was in love with him.
So, I ran about like a headless chicken asking everyone do you know where A is? Do you know where A is? And guess what? EVERYONE knew who he was! WHY? Because that bloody fool ‘s family owned the hotel and he was ridiculously wealthy. So much for not telling me! Is this not turning out to be some fairytale story? Just you wait till you read what happens next! So, I finally got his number and called him up...HAHAHAH!! A fillipino maid picked up and was like hello? Me : hello? Can i please speak to A? Her : Huh? Mr. A? He is busy right now. He is getting ready for a ball he is throwing for you. Me : Ball? WHAT ball? Since when was there a ball that was being thrown for ME? I did not know anything about it! Her : Hurry, hurry get ready then! Mr. A will see you at 8 and commences to hang up! Blah! I start hyperventilating and immediately ring up Tasha and Ann Nie. They rush right over and they are both squealing like small kids. OMG! It’s like a Cinderella story and Tash was like! WE HAVE TO CALL NEESH TO COME! She has to DO YOUR MAKE UP! And so, the troops were called in.
Next, after everything was set and ready to go. My heart was pounding like crazy. Everyone, especially people our age were staring at me as Tash, Neesh and Ann Nie were rooting for me. I was standing at the bottom of the stairs and I knew A was waiting for me all the way at the top. I ahd to hurry and tell him how I felt! I had to see how A looked like! Seriously though, you know how in your dreams although you can’t see it and it looks nothing like that person or object but you know in reality it is? Yeah, I knew A was KIWI! I just knew it. Each time I was talking to A, a mental picture of Kiwi would come to mind! So, Kiwi= my prince charming hmm?? I took a deep breath and everyone else too! See, the sucky thing was, I could not see how I looked like or what dress I was wearing so no description here:< Seriously, all the girls were staring with envy and then, people started applauding as I took the very first step up the first step! As each step increased, my heart would beat faster and faster and all eyes were on me. I’m nearing A, I’m nearing A. I can already make him out. Just a little bit more. A little bit more till I tell him how I feel! I reach my hand out with a smile and hear, “LI-WEI, YOU BETTER WAKE UP NOW!”
And conveniently jerk out of sleep back into reality. Yes, my mum had her revenge! She woke me up! Seriously, 5 more seconds please? There goes my prince charming. Yes, laugh, laugh! Annona wanted to kill me. She was like, and then and then?? With the look of anticipation on her face. LI-WEI YOU BETTER WAKE UP NOW. She starts laughing uncontrollably and prompts to glare at me like WHAT THE HELL? I KNOW right! Sadness, ah well, it was the most perfect Q day yesterday:P Well, maybe not MOST PERFECT but darn close to perfection that is. Hun, I’ve seriously fallen in love. I’m doomed, am I not? Guy of the day : A/Kiwi. Quote of the day : Li-Wei, you better wake up now. Song of the day : Ever ever after by Carrie Underwood or Love Story by Taylor Swift! It would only seem fitting right?
